At Mechanism, we stand behind the precision of our hardware. If your device doesn't meet your technical requirements, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Mechanism account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our facility, our technicians will perform a hardware diagnostic check before processing your refund within 5-7 business days.
